26. Menu should popup, click the button 'Next'

38. Autoplay should popup
39. Click Run 'Launch.exe'
40. The setup menu should popup
41. Click the button 'Install'

45. Select the campaigns you want to install

52. Repeat steps 45-57 until all the campaigns have been installed
53. Click the button 'Finish'
54. Extract Medieval II Kingdoms Patch.rar
55. Run 'setup.exe'
